I went out for dinner last night with Barbara and Elizabeth - it's about 6 weeks since we came back from Croatia so it felt time for a post holiday catch up.
We treated ourselves and booked a table at the Rose Garden which is quite a new restaurant in the trendy area of West Didsbury. The atmosphere was informal, the service really professional but friendly, the staff made us feel very at home in the beautiful contemporary surroundings.
The restaurant supports local suppliers, and is passionate about using the most seasonal produce available, producing modern British cuisine.

I love the pantone coffee cups - had to take a quick snap ..............
The food was amazing, the flavours were wonderful, and we are already planning our next trip.
