Yarn along - baby headband

I am linking in with Ginny for my weekly yarn along post, this week I have had fun with another new knitting book. It is just delightful and full of oodles of patterns that are simple, quick, fun and exciting to make. Baby & Toddler-Knits-Made-Easy

I recently made a baby hat and scarflett set for a new baby boy and I wanted to make a quick knit for his little sister. My new book came to the rescue and I made a lovely knitted headband. It has a fine lace band which is a simple 4 row pattern and is finished off with a layered flower. I am very pleased with the result and already have a few more little girls in mind as I can't wait to knit some more. Unfortunately apart from my new knitting book I just haven't had the time for any other reading I hope when I catch up with you all at next weeks yarn along I will have started a new novel.......fingers crossed.

I think it's turned out really well................
