It's been
a while since I've created a monthly mosaic and to be honest I didn't think I
had much to share but February was busier than I remembered:-
- crochet garland making
- pottery painting
- practice crochet teaching
- a lot of cake making
- crochet flower crafting
- grey room decorating
- birthday celebrating
- birthday flower receiving
- a multitude of heart making
- lovely wool shopping
- eco garden visiting
- grandchildren playing
I have remembered
why I starting making monthly mosaics, they really cheer me up. Sometimes I
feel I do very little with my life and achieve even less, especially when I'm
unwell but looking back over the month I have done lots of lovely things. I'm
also so very very lucky to have such an amazing family - what would I do without
them.
On the
health front my vertigo is much better and I have really appreciated all your
get well wishes. Unfortunately my M.E. isn't very good at the moment so I really need to pace myself as my first crochet workshop is planned for later this week. I'm
hoping that if I continue to rest for periods throughout the day I will manage
the 2 hour session on Thursday evening. I am very excited and also a little
nervous but I am sure it will be great fun and I can't wait to meet my first
group and share my love of crochet.
Another
big thank you to all my friends in blog land, and hello to my new followers and
goodbye to a couple who have decided to go (I hope I'm not getting boring)
talk soon
x
I think in the relentless grey we have been having, it's easy to forget how much we do, but when you look at photos you realise how much has been achieved. And I'm sure we only take photos of a very small part of our lives.
ReplyDeleteGood luck for Thursday and I hope you get enough rest. x
Thank you Sarah I will try x
