I had planned to see Kate over half term but my vertigo put a stop to my visit, which was so sad as I miss my big girl and my lovely grandson ( sorry Seb I miss you too)

What a cutie hope you get to see them soon and your balance has recovered now. Fingers crossed you can rest your way out of this current dip, we're all resting together. Feel like I'm pacing my life away sometimes I had my first vitb12 jab today and it feels like my arm is made of lead at the mo, but hopefully they will help, take care Clare xx
